68X40 DETACHMENT SERGEANT
Serves as Detachment Sergeant for a Combat Operational Stress Control (COSC) Medical Detachment with a mission of world wide, short notice deployment in support of contingency operations or other directed missions; responsible for the training, administration, personnel accountability, safety, morale of all assigned Soldiers; plans and executes battle-focused NCODP; controls and synchronizes facilities, equipment, and vehicles valued in excess of over $4 million; advises the Commander on all enlisted matters; assists the Commander in planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities that support the unit's METL; responsible for the health, welfare, morale, discipline, training, and combat readiness of 45 Officers, NCOs and Soldiers.


68W/Detachment Sergeant
Serves as Detachment Sergeant for a Multifunctional Medical Battalion composed of xx assigned personnel across xx staff and support sections that oversee xx Soldiers within the Battalion; performs all duties and responsibilities inherited in the First Sergeant's role and serves as the Senior Enlisted Advisor to the Commander in all enlisted concerns; synchronizes the headquarters detachment in sustainment operations in support of nine direct reporting units; manages the physical readiness training, evaluations, awards and training requirements for the detachment; responsible for promoting and executing the Commander's Vision; oversees the accountability and maintenance of over xx pieces of equipment valued at xx Million.


Military Police (Law and Order) Detachment Sergeant (USAR)
Responsible for providing sound advice to the commander regarding unit health readiness, esprit de corps, discipline, mentorship, career progression, recognition, and professional development of all assigned enlisted members; responsible for mission control and unit training that supports the unit's Mission Essential Task List (METL); oversight of administrative actions and direct supervision of 4 subordniates, and indirect supervision of 45 soldiers, which includes 1 active reserve soldier (AGR) and 1 civilian unit administrator (UA); accountable for $10 million of unit equipment and supports the unit's mission to maintain worldwide deployment capability.


Detachment Sergeant
Serves as the Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, 28th Combat Support Hospital Detachment Sergeant; provides command and control for ten Direct Reporting Units (DRUs) in support of XVIII Airborne Corps' expeditionary Roll III healthcare; serves as the senior enlisted advisor to the Commander for all enlisted matters; responsible for NCO and junior leader development programs; responsible for standards, command climate, morale, good order and discipline; responsible for the health, welfare, training, and safety of 84 Soldiers and their family members.


Detachment Sergeant
Serves as Detachment Sergeant of a Headquarters and Headquarters Detachment, consisting of 72 personnel and 2 MWD Kennels, consisting of 9 MWD Teams, for a Military Police Battalion prepared to deploy globally in support of overseas contingency operations; synchronizes HHD in sustainment operations in support of the Battalion Headquarters; responsible for the maintenance, accountability, and employment of over $11,000,000 worth of equipment in two countries; overall responsible for the combat readiness, health, and welfare of the unit's Soldiers, civilians, and their Families.


Detachment Sergeant
Senior Non-Commissioned Officer responsible for providing sound advice to the commander on a wide range of topics including the health, esprit de corps, discipline, mentoring, well being, career progression, recognition, and professional development of 72 Soldiers and 12 Civilians within the company and battalion headquarters. Ensures and enforces discipline through Army standards, mentoring, counseling, advising, and training Soldiers in support of the critical, strategic communications mission of the 59th Signal Battalion and USARAK.


Detachment Sergeant
Senior enlisted Soldier responsible for providing sound advice to the commander on a wide range of topics including the health, esprit de corps, discipline, mentoring, recognition, and professional development of all assigned enlisted members; assists the commander in planning, coordinating, and supervising all activities that support the unit's mission; responsible for promoting and executing the commander's vision and imperatives; oversees the day to day operations of a 21 Soldier Movement Control Team (MCT) Detachment; provides direct supervision of 14 NCOs and three (3) junior enlisted Soldiers.


Detachment Sergeant
Senior enlisted Soldier responsible for providing sound advice to the commander on a wide range of topics including the health, esprit de corps, discipline, mentoring, well being, career progression, recognition, and professional development of all assigned enlisted members; ensures discipline is equitably maintained through enforcing the Army standards, mentoring, counseling, advising, and training Soldiers on the unit's mission-essential task list; accountable for teaching Soldiers daily unit and staff section operations in order to prepare them to become future NCOs in the Army.
