SGT Smith, Treshawn performed a crucial role as the receiving NCOIC, medical materiel warehouse at the United States Army Medical Materiel Center - Southwest Asia (USAMMC-SWA). He continuously demonstrated exceptional expertise and proficiency as a Medical Logistics Specialist. His efforts significantly aided Operation Spartan Shield which supported the lives of over 85K Service Members, Other Country Nationals (OCN), over 2.5K beneficiaries, and federal employees.
His attention to detail ensured accurate and efficient distribution to customers, contributing to the overall mission readiness and effectiveness of the medical materiel warehouse. He not only took charge as the receiving NCOIC but also ensured the safety, training, and welfare of two Soldiers and two OCNs while in a deployed environment. He is a strong leader and willing to learn, very open to taking feedback for any improvements. He will be a great asset anywhere he goes.
