Combat Developer for C2 Systems
Serves as a Combat Developer for Command and Control systems including AFATDS, Centaur, GDU-R and also for Meteorological Systems within TRADOC Capability Management: Responsible SME and advisor to TCM for all Soldier activities in developing, coordinating, reviewing, and integrating acquisition requirements into the Command and Control and Profiler program; ensures doctrine, tactics, organization, training, and logistic are properly incorporated into the system support modernization plan; works closely with the program manager, the Army Staff and other services to ensure effective and timely system development.




Fire Control Sergeant 13D20
Served as the Fire Control Sergeant, in a M1068, within a M109A6 155MM Field Artillery Platoon, with a world-wide contingency mission; supervises fire direction operations, communications setup and maintenance; orchestrates fire mission processing, fire support planning, fire support execution, movement Control and entry of commander s guidance; performs troubleshooting of AFATDS hardware, software, database & communications to ensure continuity between FDC and Paladin s computer systems; oversees the performance, training and accountability of eight Soldiers and organizational maintenance on section equipment valued at over $500,000.




Fire Control Sergeant
Served as a Fire Control Sergeant in the 1st Brigade Combat Team of 1CD with a worldwide deployment contingency mission; supervises fire direction operations, communications setup and maintenance; orchestrates fire mission processing, fire support planning, fire support execution, movement Control and entry of commander's guidance; performs Troubleshooting of AFATDS hardware, software, database and communications to ensure continuity between FDC and Paladins computer systems; oversees the performance, training and accountability of five soldiers and organizational maintenance on section equipment valued at $1,500,000.




13D Writer/Instructor (DoTD)
Provides 13D Subject Matter Expertise and supports the TRADOC Capability Manager (TCM)- BCT Fires office on current and emerging field artillery automation systems; develops and validates Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP) dealing with how the automation systems affect cannon artillery systems; coordinates with Material and Combat Developer to maintain current with changes to assigned systems; applies risk management in daily duties; participates in meetings, tests, fielding's and briefings as required; attends regular training courses to further professional development in current position.




Assistant Fire Control Sergeant
Assists Senior Fire Control Sergeant and Operations SGM in supervision of all fire control operations in the cannon battery and higher echelons; supervises fire direction operations including preparation of operations, communications setup and maintenance, fire mission processing; fire support planning, fire support execution, movement control, field artillery mission support, field artillery fire direction operations, fire plan scheduling and entry of commanders guidance; computes and verifies accuracy of firing safety data; supervises the performance of operator, crew, and organizational maintenance on section vehicles.




Fire Control Sergeant 13D20
Serves as the Fire Control Sergeant in a 35 Soldier M119A2 105mm direct support Field Artillery Platoon with a world-wide contingency mission; responsible for the health and welfare, monthly counseling, development and supervision of (#) Soldiers; performs computer operations including fire mission processing, fire plan schedules and data base construction; responsible for the organizational maintenance and accountability of fire direction equipment valued at over ($); assists the Chief Fire Control Sergeant and performs those duties in his absence.
