Basic Leader Course (BLC)

SPC Caldwell showed high levels of leadership amongst his peers in the Basic Leadership Course (BLC). He exceeded the standard in Army Competencies, passed his ACFT, and was awarded Commandant's List by achieving 6th in his class out of 137 students. He was also rated highly by instructors within the course as a well-rounded Soldier who exceeded course standards in a superior manner, had high personal performance, and had a professional demeanor.
Sergeant Wright demonstrated superior academic achievement and leadership potential in Basic Leaders Course class 23-001 by earning an outstanding Grade Point Average of 96 percent. Her dedication to excellence, physical fitness, intellectual growth, critical thinking, and problem solving ability led her to graduate in the top 20 percent of her class, earning her a spot on the Commandant's List way above her peers. Her efforts while at BLC reflect her leadership capabilities and represent the very best of the Strike Fear Battalion.
SGT Lopez distinguished himself as an exceptional soldier during his BLC Class. His driven attitude and commitment to self improvement was evident by his selection for the Commandants List while at BLC. This honor shows that SGT Lopez is a professional and dedicated soldier.
For outstanding professional excellence during Basic Leader Course Class 19-705. SPC Cellemme demonstrated superior abilities in all areas of evaluation during the course. His overall example of leadership and positive attitude lead him to exceed course standards and earned him the distinction of being on the Commandant's List.
Distinguished himself as he graduated Basic Leader Course at Camp Parks, CA and achieved honors on the Commandant's List.
CPL Santini was on the Commandant's list at BLC at the Fort Liberty NCOA graduating the class of 03-23 in March of 2023. I was top ten in my class of over 200 NCOs.
SGT made the commandants list, ranked 9 out of 106 at BLC.
SGT King Graduated from BLC as the honor Graduate and demonstrated her dedication and professionalism to stand out above 118 of her peers.
Advanced Leader Course (ALC)
In recognition of completing the Advanced Leader Course in the top 20% of her class and her placement on the Commandant's List. SGT Michaels displayed remarkable ability to communicate with her peers while maintaining a professional attitude.
While attending the Advanced Leader Course, SGT Chamberlin set herself apart from her peers. She maintained a 98.8% grade point average. She did so by developing and implementing an aggressive study plan and using her spare time accordingly. SGT Chamberlin set the standard for all of her classmates to emulate. Her hard work, can do attitude, and commitment to excellence resulted in her being selected as the class Distinguished Leadership and Honor Graduate.
SSG Little completed 25B30 ALC as the Distinguished Honor Graduate and maintained that position throughout the six week course. Phase 1 (99.7%) and phase 2 (99%). SSG Little also received a near perfect NCO rating reaching "Far Exceeded Standards" in 4/6 categories and "Exceeded Standards" in the remaining two categories. SSG Little volunteered to create a class memorial video that surpassed all previous class compilations.
While attending the Advanced Leader Course, SSG B set himself apart from his peers. He maintained a 98.75% grade point average. He did so by implementing an aggressive study plan forcing him to use his spare time accordingly while simultaneously supporting the class charity and volunteering six hours for the Miracle Mile Breast Cancer Walk. SSG B set the standard for all of his classmates to emulate. His hardwork, can do attitude, and commitment to excellence resulted in him being selected as his class's Distinguished Honor Graduate.
Senior Leader Course (SLC)
While attending Senior Leadership Course (SLC), SSG Ashford distinguished himself from his peers by graduating at the top of his class and receiving top honors during his time there. SSG Ashford's relentless drive to succeed and work ethic consistently set him apart from his peers.
SSG Dowd demonstrated on numerous occasions, that he is knowledgeable, resourceful and the best at getting the mission at hand completed. His expertise was put on display while attending Senior Leadership Course (SLC), where he yet again set himself apart from his peers and graduated with honors at the top of his class.
During this period, his consistent effort to maintain and consistently exceed the highest of standards, for both himself and subordinates, established a dynamic learning environment. SFC Gonzalez set himself apart from his peers not only through words but through action as well by Graduating with honors while attending the Senior Leadership Course.
Graduated as Honor Grad during SLC. Acted as Student 1SG for the duration of the course. Achieved a 91% average on all exams and graduated #1 out of 34 students.
SFC Evans' performance while attending SLC was head and shoulders above his peers. He separated himself from his peers, excelling in the ACFT and accumulating a 99% GPA while attending the 31B40 Senior Leaders Course at Fort Knox, KY. He excelled in all written and class evaluations throughout the course.

SPC Edwards set himself apart from his peers by maintaining a 99% GPA. He attained this through practicing close attention to detail and constant study of the material. SPC Edwards attended and helped facilitate group study sessions and sacrificed his personal time to help classmates better understand the systems and concepts. His hard work, aptitude, and commitment to excellence resulted in him being selected as the class Distinguished Honor Graduate.
SPC Feist's superior academic achievement while attending the U.S. Army Reserve NCOA at Camp Parks, CA shows his commitment and attention to detail. His superb military bearing and dedication to his peers was unwavering. He never hesitated to volunteer his time to help his peers reach success, which helped to build trust and foster strong relationships among the class.
SGT Parker was an awesome team player who always provided effective feedback during class interactions and discussions. He provided valuable information and examples during group assignments and was supportive of all members of his group. He stepped up when necessary and contributed to any work that led to the completion of the assignment.
SGT Horner was selected for the Commandant's list for superior academic results, placing him in the top 20% of the graduating class.
Sergeant Simms repaired numerous holes in the walls of C Co barracks while attending school and completed this task within the span of two days. He contributed significantly to Charlie Company passing the Signal Regimental Command Sergeants Major's inspection and saved the company in excess of 500 dollars in repairs to the company barracks.
Technical Operators Course
SPC Grunden helped facilitate training for new soldiers in preparation for Advanced technical operator course which improved performance and readiness within the CEMA Platoon. He exceeded the academic and performance standards while attending Advanced Technical Operator course which represented the CEMA Platoon and 7th Special Forces group (Airborne). He helped maintain accountability of 2.7 million dollars of equipment to and from Advanced Technical Operator course.
Combat Lifesavers Course
Demonstrated expertise in IBP through classes by educating peers on its significance and understanding the different IBP products. Exhibited dedication to personal growth with IPB knowledge and physical fitness and proactively tackled challenges. Willingly assisted with a variety of tasks and demonstrated selflessness and dedication to unit objectives throughout the time he has been at the school.
PFC Blighton was appointed as Class Leader and displayed outstanding leadership while attending the Combat Life Saver Course. For the duration of class, he ensured accountability of all the Soldiers, ensured the trash was taken out, and maintained general cleanliness of the facility at the end of each day. As Class Leader and liaison to school cadre and staff, he facilitated positive relations with the staff of the Vandal Center, supporting its continued usage to support future trainings.
Warrant Officer Basic Course
CW02 demonstrated exceptional volunteer service in support of HQ 73rd ORDNANCE TRAINING DETACHMENT-EISENHOWER and has significantly benefited the community of Augusta, Georgia and Fort Eisenhower, while simultaneously enhancing the Army's image and reputation. His unwavering dedication, selflessness, and commitment to service reflect great credit upon himself, the Warrant Officer Basic Course and the United States Army.
AIT
For attaining the title of distinguished honor graduate for the AIT training cycle at Ft Rucker, Alabama. PVT Thomas's achievements included the highest grade point average in his graduating class, as well as a score of 340 on the end of cycle Army physical fitness test. His work ethic and determination reflect great credit on himself, the 1st Battalion, 13th Aviation Regiment and the United States Army.
GT Score Class
SPC Creedon expressed much discipline and dedication and bettering herself in taking the fast class to raise her GT Score from 109 to 113 which sets her up for success in the future for OCS.
Warrior Leaders Course (WLC)
SGT Baldwin's remarkable ability to communicate with peers, surpass conventional thought, and consistently project a professional attitude and appearance displayed his distinct leadership potential in a group setting. Furthermore his technical competence and devotion to duty has served as a prodigious example to the standard.
While attending Warrior Leader Course 14-004, SGT Lazaro exceeded course standards, limited to 20% of class enrollment. SGT Lazaro demonstrated Superior Written Communications, Oral Communications, Leadership Skills, and Contribution to Group Work.
Graduated the Warrior Leaders Course with honors by exceeding course standards, earning 8 superior ratings on evaluations, ending the course with a final GPA of 96.4%, putting him on Commandant's List.
SPC Faulk completed the Warrior Leader Course at the top of his class, achieved placement on the Commandant's List, and was declared a Distingused Honor Graduate. SPC Faulk's remarkable ability to communicate with peers, surpass conventional thought, and project a professional attitude made him a de facto leader in group settings and among less confident Soldiers.
Light Leaders Course
SGT Knutsen completed the Lighting Leaders Course Class 11-16 in the top 10% of his class and achieved placement on the Honor Graduate list. SGT Knutsen's remarkable ability to communicate with peers, surpass conventional thought, and project a professional attitude made him a de facto leader in group settings and among less confident Soldiers. Furthermore, SGT Knutsen was selected from among 20 Soldiers to appear before the class Leadership Board.
Summer Leadership Program
For outstanding achievement as a student volunteer OIC during the inaugural 2020 Summer Leadership Program. 2LT Sarandon was instrumental in standing up an 80 hr Situational Training Event (STE) lane educational curriculum, impacting 156 students of the USUHS SOM C/O 2023. He immediately recognized the need for and established hygiene safety protocols during in-person small unit tactics training phase, reducing risk category which was subsequently approved for use by the University President. He logged over 126 off-duty hours over 2 months while excelling during rigorous school of medicine academic coursework. The accomplishments of 2LT Clark bring great credit upon himself, the Uniformed Services University of Health Sciences and the United States Army.
Basic Officer Leaders Course
FOR EXCEPTIONALLY MERITORIOUS ACHIEVEMENT WHILE ASSIGNED AS A BASIC OFFICER LEADERS COURSE STUDENT. SECOND LIEUTENANT PETER'S COMMITMENT TO EXCELLENCE, TECHNICAL AND TACTICAL PROFICIENCY, AND OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE CONTRIBUTED SIGNIFICANTLY TO THE OVERALL SUCCESS OF THE UNIT. SECOND LIEUTENANT PETER'S EFFORTS REFLECT GREAT CREDIT UPON HIMSELF, ALHPA COMPANY, 369TH ADJUTANT GENERAL BATTALION, THE SOLDIER SUPPORT INSTITUTE AND THE UNITED STATES ARMY.
Cadre/ Staff
Sergeant Riener managed a 5-member joint team to streamline the in-processing of 58 joint students resulting in 22 joint communicators successfully completing their respective pipelines in support of 77 POTUS/VPOTUS missions.
Specialist Jones exhibited remarkable leadership qualities while leading new Soldiers, Airmen, Marines, and Sailors during his time at the Defense Information School at Fort George G. Meade, Maryland. He filled a leadership role with the Army Detachment, leading Soldiers who mostly outranked him. Also, Specialist Jones was recommended for the promotion board during his time as a student at the Defense Information School.
SSG Burns professionally developed multiple service members from all over the country, bringing them together like a family, while molding the next generation of Non-Commissioned Officers. This positively impacts the Army as a whole, as class 006-22 will take the knowledge and experience he has shared and develop and mentor Soldiers all over the country.
