42A BCT S1 NCO OCT
Serves as the S1 Observer, Coach, Trainer (OCT); responsible for the coaching, training and mentorship of Rotational Training Units (RTU) BCT S1 and serves as the alternate trainer for the BCT S4, and Surgeon section staff during Decisive Action Training Environment (DATE) and Security Force Assistance Brigades (SFAB) rotations; enforces doctrine, provides guidance and professional feedback through after action reviews (AARs) and coaching to enhance a unit's training experience.
Engineer Advisor/Observer/Controller/Trainer
Plans, devises, and conducts battalion-level training events and External Evaluations (EXEVALS) for Engineer units at the end of Army Forces Generation (ARFORGEN) training phase; ensures materials and planning provisions are met to enable battalion-level collective training events and EXEVALS of Engineer Battalions are executed as member of Collective Training and Evaluations Team (CTET); conducts on-site unit home station training on Engineer Collective Training events such as Situation Exercise (STX), Command Post Exercise (CPX), Field Training Exercise (FTX), and EXEVALS; documents observations, conducts evaluations, and assesses unit operational performance, coordination, and execution of fire support; annually evaluates up to six Engineer units using training assessment model.
Military Police Observer Coach/Trainer(OC/T)
Serves as a Military Police Observer Coach/Trainer(OC/T)for a multi-component Brigade Engineer Battalion providing deploying forces with detailed training using Situational Training Exercises(STX) and Mission Readiness Exercises(MRX);facilitates the deployment of small unit leadership by coaching, teaching, teaching and mentoring, training units and providing feedback using extensive After Action Reviews(AAR);assists the leadership in the planning, coordination, and execution of the pre-mobilization, post-mobilization, individual, and collective training.
OPFOR NCO
Serves as an OPFOR NCO for an Observer Coach/Trainer (OC/T) unit. Supports Combined Situational Training Exercise (CSTX) efforts for deploying units by injecting critical variables through the use of physical environment, military capabilities, and ordnance. Provides realistic field training through operations against a non-cooperative, uncompromising opponent that uses tactics, doctrine, and equipment representative of a composite of forces that could be encountered in current or future combat operations.
PLT SGT OC/T
Assists units with the planning, preparation, execution, and evaluation of realistic and doctrinally correct lanes training exercises, mobile training teams, and functional assistance visits, IAW the Training & Evaluation Support System; provides MOS specific and functional area assistance to units on doctrinal matters related to mobilization, deployment, combat readiness, training, logistics, and administration; provides feedback to units through professional After-Action Reviews and written reports. On order, serves as a Unit Mobilization Assistor to ensure preparation, mobilization, and validation of units IAW FORMDEPS for war or contingency operations.
Observer Controller Trainer/68E Dental NCO
Served as an Observer Controller/Trainer for the 7305th Medical Training Support Battalian; provided direct involvement with deploying dental unit's commander to advise and assist in tracking the unit's progress in achieving the commander's training objectives; directly responsible to certify that all pre-mobilization training is conducted to task, condition and standard; maintained accountability, mentored and evaluated a total of 94 Soldiers from two different exercises; completed two take home packets for two dental companies.
