Rear-Detachment Sergeant
Serves as a Section Sergeant in the Rear-Detachment Company assigned to the forwarded deployed 3-10th GSAB, Task Force Phoenix supporting the 10th Combat Aviation Brigade; responsible for the leadership, health, morale, welfare, and training of seven Soldiers and their families; responsible for the coordination and supervision of daily support and tasking throughout the Brigade; maintains Soldier readiness in all areas to ensure they are either ready to deploy or fully prepared for their transition into the civilian work force.
