DEMONSTRATING SUPERIOR LEADERSHIP, HE TRAINED THREE QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALISTS ON FOUR TYPES OF AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS IN IDENTIFYING FREQUENTLY OVERLOOKED INSPECTION POINTS, COMPONENT FAILURE LIMITS, AND INSPECTION TECHNIQUES, WHICH INCREASED QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST KNOWLEDGE BASE BY 50 PERCENT. HIS DILIGENT EFFORTS ENSURED THE COMPLETION OF 345 UNSCHEDULED IN-SERVICE DEPOT REPAIRS IN SUPPORT OF 67 DEPLOYED SQUADRONS ACROSS 19 GEOGRAPHICAL SITES AND 11 NAVAL VESSELS, LEADING TO 408 AIRCRAFT BEING RETURNED TO FULLY MISSION CAPABLE. FURTHERMORE, HIS IMPRESSIVE OVERSIGHT AS A GGFR FOR NIPPI CORPORATION'S GROUND PROGRAMS FOR THE FA-18 PMI LINE RESULTED IN ALL PROGRAMS RECEIVING AN ON-TRACK GRADE DURING THE MAY 2024 NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND AVIATION MAINTENANCE INSPECTION. HIS INITIATIVE, PERSEVERANCE, AND TOTAL DEDICATION TO DUTY REFLECTED GREAT CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WAS IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY.




IN SUPPORT OF THE LOGISTICS READINESS CENTER, FORT LEE, VIRGINIA AND THE 406TH ARMY FIELD SUPPORT BRIGADE, FORT BRAGG, NORTH CAROLINA. MR. BRIGHT DEMONSTRATED EXCEPTIONAL ABILITY, TECHNICAL COMPETENCE AND ASTUTE ANALYTICAL SKILLS IN THE PERFORMANCE OF HIS ASSIGNED DUTIES. HIS PROFESSIONAL CONTRIBUTIONS WERE INSTRUMENTAL IN THE LRC'S MISSION ACCOMPLISHMENT OF BASE LOGISTICS SUPPORT TO THE U.S. ARMY GARRISON FORT LEE AND THE COMBAT ARMS SUPPORT COMMAND COMMUNITIES, FORT LEE, VIRGINIA. MR. BRIGHT'S UNRIVALED COMMITMENT TO DUTY IN ALL ENDEAVORS REFLECT GREAT CREDIT UPON HIMSELF, THE LRC-LEE, THE 406TH AFSB, ARMY SUSTAINMENT COMMAND, ARMY MATERIAL COMMAND, AND THE DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY.




Outstanding achievement while serving as QA-Review assistant, 416th Theater Engineer Command (TEC), Darien, Illinois from XXXXXXXX to XXXXXXXXXXX. Sergeant Nessman's attention to detail and superior technical skills enabled the 416th Theater Engineer Command's G-8 Quality assurance team to sucessfully conduct USARC mandated Quality Assurance Reviews at two separate units and trained the unit pay personnel in the proper USARC required pay proceedures. He also assisted in the 327nd Engineer Brigade G-8 (reserve pay) OIP reinspection. His hard work and supervision were indispensable elements in their sucess. Sergeant Nessman's exceptional resourcefulness and dedication to duty reflected credit upon himself, the 416th Theater Engineer Command and the United States Army.




Meritorious service while serving as NCOIC, Quality Assurance Review, 416th Theater Engineer Command from XXXXXXXX to XXXXXXXXXX. Master Sergeant Rusty Hastings developed the 416th TEC G-8 Quality Assurance Review program for the 416th TEC and Subordinate units. He efficiently conducted over twenty Quality Assurance Reviews, in numerous States, enabling Unit Administrators to effectively perform their unit pay responsibilities. MSG Hastings' superior leadership skills enabled him to execute the Quality Assurance Review program with an impressive 100% completion rate. In addition, MSG Hastings sucessfully trained and qualified five new Inspectors while performing his obligations, expanding QAR capabilities by 50 percent. Master Sergeant Hastings' exceptional service and devotion to duty reflected great credit upon himself, the 416th Theater Engineer Command and the United States Army.




Meritorious service while serving as Quality Assurance/Quality Control NCOIC, 3rd General Support Aviation Battalion (GSAB), 10th Aviation Regiment, from XXXXXXXXX to XXXXXXXXXX. Sergeant Nole's experience, foresight, and planning played a vital role in the success of the 3-10 GSAB's scheduled and unscheduled maintenance operations. As the Quality Assurance/Quality Control NCOIC and Unscheduled Maintenance NCOIC, he ensured all rolling stock was serviced IAW Department of the Army (DA) standards. He was an outstanding asset to the maintenance team in the 3-10 GSAB Motor Pool where he supervised and trained 20 Soldiers to perform scheduled services and unscheduled parts installation. Sergeant Nole's dedication and devotion to duty is in keeping with the finest traditions of military service and reflects great credit upon himself, the 10th Aviation Regiment and the United States Army.




Meritorious service while serving as Operations Inspector, Aviation Training Assistance Team, from XXXXXXXX to XXXXXXXX. SFC Nesbit provided Flight Operations training and assistance to over 100 Aviation Support Facilities and deploying units and was directly responsible for changing the NGB ARMS pass rate in his functional area from 65% to 100%. SFC Nesbit was singled out by several State Army Aviation Officers for his technical competence and desire to teach others, leading to his selection to assist USARPAC with their ARMS evaluation of US Army Aviation facilities in Japan. Recognized as the NBG ATAT expert on Army Flight Operations, SFC Nesbit assisted FORSCOM in rewriting FY 2011 and FY 2012 ARMS checklists. SFC Nesbit's dedication and devotion to duty is in keeping with the finest traditions of military service and reflects great credit upon himself, the Aviation Training Assistance Team and the United States Army.
