MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS OBSERVER, COACH, AND TRAINER TO THE 548TH COMBAT TRAINING SQUADRON, 57TH OPERATIONS GROUP, FORT POLK ARMY INSTALLATION, LOUISIANA FROM 11 SEPTEMBER 2020 TO 15 AUGUST 2023. DURING THIS PERIOD, SERGEANT PARKER OBSERVED, COACHED, AND TRAINED A TOTAL OF 259 TACTICAL AIR CONTROL PARTY MEMBERS ALIGNED WITH 95,000 SOLDIERS, ENABLING A TOTAL OF 1,300 HOURS OF CLOSE AIR SUPPORT MISSIONS INTEGRATED INTO TWENTY ONE OF THE ARMY'S JOINT READINESS TRAINING CENTER EXERCISES. IN ADDITION, HE COMPLETED THE JOINT TERMINAL ATTACK CONTROLLER (JTAC) INSTRUCTOR COURSE WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY DEVELOPING FOUR FULL MISSION PROFILES AND SECURING 17 KEY TASKS. MOREOVER, SERGEANT PARKER METICULOUSLY MANAGED TWO CRITICAL UNIT PROGRAMS AS THE VEHICLE CONTROL OFFICER AND THE FITNESS PROGRAM MANAGER. HE MAINTAINED A FLEET OF 13 TACTICAL VEHICLES VALUED AT FOUR MILLION DOLLARS AND ADMINISTERED 41 TIER ONE PHYSICAL FITNESS TESTS AND 22 TIER TWO OPERATOR FITNESS TESTS OVER A TWO YEAR PERIOD. SERGEANT PARKER's COMMENDABLE PERFORMANCE IS IN KEEPING WITH THE FINEST TRADITIONS OF MILITARY SERVICE AND REFLECTS CREDIT UPON HIMSELF, THE 548TH COMBAT TRAINING SQUADRON AND THE UNITED STATES ARMY.
