IN ADDITION, HE LED THE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF 62 INSTRUCTORS IN 22 COURSES OF INSTRUCTION, DEDICATING OVER 300 HOURS OF TRAINING THAT INCREASED OPERATIONAL READINESS BY FIFTY PERCENT. MOREOVER, AS TERMINAL AREA SECURITY OFFICER, HE MANAGED 3,235 PIECES OF EQUIPMENT ACROSS 32 CLASSROOMS AND LED THE REPAIR OF 760 MISSION CRITICAL STATIONS THAT ENSURED ZERO MISSED TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES. BY HIS USWERVING DETERMINATION, WISE JUDGMENT, AND COMPLETE DEDICATION TO DUTY, SERGEANT COLLINS REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND UPHELD THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.




MERITORIOUS SERVICE IN THE SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE OF HER DUTIES WHILE SERVING AS PERSONNEL SPECIALIST AT OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF DEFENSE FROM 25 APRIL 2020 TO 13 OCTOBER 2023. DURING THIS PERIOD, STAFF SERGEANT JANE C. WINSLOW DEMONSTRATED EXCEPTIONAL SKILL, RESOURCEFULNESS, AND INITIATIVE IN PROCESSING OVER 10,00 SERVICE RECORD ENTRIES ON TIME OR AHEAD OF SCHEDULE WITH 99 PERCENT ACCURACY. SHE PERFORMED THESE DEMANDING DUTIES WHILE SIMULTANEOUSLY SERVING AS TERMINAL AREA SECURITY OFFICER, LOGGING OVER 193 TROUBLE TICKETS AND METICULOUSLY MAINTAINING COMMAND INVENTORY. ADDITIONALLY, SERGEANT WINSLOW HELPED BREAK DOWN OVER ONE THOUSAND SERVICE RECORDS AND SCAN OVER 15,000 DOCUMENTS IN SUPPORT OF OVER 2,700 PERSONNEL TO COMPLETE THE REQUIRED ARMY WIDE ELECTRONIC FIELD SERVICE RECORD CLOSEOUT. STAFF SERGEANT WINSLOW'S DEDICATED EFFORTS REFLECT GREAT CREDIT UPON HER, THE OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF DEFENSE AND THE UNITED STATES ARMY.




OUTSTANDING ACHIEVEMENT WHILE SERVING AS A HFRG, COMSEC CUSTODIAN, AND SA-2112 TECHNICIAN ONBOARD USS GEORGE WASHINGTON FROM JULY 2018 TO FEBRUARY 2019. DURING THIS PERIOD, PETTY OFFICER NICHOLS PERFORMED HIS DEMANDING DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HE SPENT THREE YEARS TEMPORARILY ASSIGNED TO WORK CONTROL AND PROCESSED DAILY ALL PRIORITY WORK AUTHORIZATION FORMS WHICH LED TO THE TIMELY ACHIEVEMENT OF MILESTONES FOR THE COMMAND. HIS UNFLAGGING ATTENTION TO DETAIL LED TO ZERO CASUALTIES OR PERSONAL INJURY UPON COMMENCING WORK. ADDITIONALLY, PETTY OFFICER NICHOLS TRAINED 344 SAILORS ON THE TAG-OUT PROCESS AND HOW TO HANG AND CLEAR DANGER TAGS. FURTHER, AS TERMINAL AREA SECURITY OFFICER, HE MAINTAINED TWENTY ONE CANES AND CVN-IT PROFILES AND ENSURED ALL SAILORS COMPLETED YEARLY CYBER AWARENESS TRAINING. FINALLY, AS RPPO, HE ORDERED 32,000 DANGER TAGS, 12 TONER CARTRIDGES, AND COVERALLS FOR WORK CONTROL DIVISION. PETTY OFFICER NICHOLS' EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM, UNRELENTING PERSEVERANCE, AND LOYAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.

DEMONSTRATING EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP AS TERMINAL AREA SECURITY OFFICER MANAGER, PETTY OFFICER BOXER LED A TEAM OF 58 DEPARTMENTAL TERMINAL AREA SECURITY OFFICERS, CONDUCTED 21 ASSET INVENTORIES, AND MAINTAINED 2100 NETWORK ASSETS VALUED AT $1,200,000 TO ENSURE ONE HUNDRED PERCENT UPTIME, CONNECTIVITY, AND SECURITY THROUGHOUT THE CAMP. AS CAMP LEMONNIER'S SHAREPOINT ADMINISTRATOR, PETTY OFFICER BOXER SPEARHEADED FIVE SITE CREATIONS, TRAINED 23 CONTENT MANAGERS, AND METICULOUSLY MANAGED 47 WEB PORTAL SITES LEADING TO THE TIMELY DISSEMINATION OF IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO MORE THAN 4,000 CAMP PERSONNEL AND 22 TENANT COMMANDS. PETTY OFFICER BOXER'S NOTEWORTHY ACCOMPLISHMENTS, PERSEVERANCE, AND STEADFAST DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.




MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS PERFORMANCE ASSESMENT REP, CAMP LEMONNIER, DJIBOUTI, AFRICA, FROM OCTOBER 2016 TO OCTOBER 2017 IN SUPPORT OF COUNTER TERRORISM AND OVERSEAS CONTINGENCY OPERATIONS. PETTY OFFICER JONES' EXPERT LEADERSHIP WAS INDISPENSABLE TO ENSURING ALL CONTRACTUAL REQUIREMENTS FOR FACILITIES INVESTMENTS AND CUSTODIAL ANNEXES WITHIN THE $9.7 MILLION BOS CONTRACT WERE SATISFACTORILY FULFILLED AND DIRECTLY CONTRIBUTED TO IMPROVED SANITARY CONDITIONS AND QUALITY OF LIFE FOR 5,000 PERSONNEL ACROSS 22 TENANT COMMANDS ONBOARD CLDJ. ADDITIONALLY, AS TERMINAL AREA SECURITY OFFICER, HE FLAWLESSLY MANAGED ALL 130 PWD ASSETS AND 63 PERSONNEL, ENSURING COMPLETE COMPLIANCE WITH PHYSICAL AND SECURITY CONTROLS. MOREOVER, HE MAINTAINED 70 NIPR COMPUTERS, THREE SIPR COMPUTERS, 69 VOIPs, 14 PRINTERS, AND 48 CELL PHONES VALUED AT MORE THAN ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY THOUSAND DOLLARS. PETTY OFFICER JONES' NOTEWORTHY ACCOMPLISHMENTS, PERSEVERANCE, AND STEADFAST DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HIMSELF, ENSURED THE SUCCESS OF CAMP LEMONNIER, AND WILL HAVE A POSITIVE AND LONG LASTING IMPACT ON PEACE AND STABILITY IN AFRICA.

HIS MANAGEMENT OF CC02 WORKCENTER RESULTED IN THE COMPLETION OF 12,500 MAINTENANCE CHECKS WITH A 98.3% RAR. HE CORRECTED 16 MAINTENANCE REQUIREMENT CARDS FOR WINSTON S CHURCHILL WITH PMW-160 NETWORKS UTILIZING FEEDBACK REPORT PROCEDURES. FURTHERMORE, AS THE TERMINAL AREA SECURITY OFFICER, HE WAS THE DRIVING FORCE IN THE INSTALLATION AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE BICES NATO NETWORK. FINALLY, HE PROVIDING MISSION CRITICAL WIDEBAND CONNECTIVITY AND DATA SERVICES THROUGHOUT THE ATLANTIC AT A 99.9 PERCENT UP TIME RATE AND WAS INSTRUMENTAL TO THE SUCCESSFUL COMPLETION OF THE JOINT WARRIOR EXCERCISE.
