SPC Sosa filled the role of team leader for the period 20240725 to 20240731 for 2nd Squad of 3d platoon in Alpha Company INF bat 178. She effectively led five soldiers through several important training events. In addition, SPC Sosa took charge of the Quick Reaction Force and responded immediately when a power incident disabled all security cameras. She managed to restore all security cameras to operational status which was critical to maintaining security for AFCENT 3. SPC Sosa is very capable of filling the role of team leader when needed.
Staff Sergeant Paulson filled the role of platoon leader O-1 for the period of XXXXXX to XXXXXXX for 2nd Platoon of the 191 MP Company and effectively led 15 Soldiers through several important training events. He acted as a Range Safety Officer for the M-4 Zero Range and M26 familiarization range and also provided insight into the training needs of 2nd and 3rd Platoon Soldiers. He assisted in the development of training plans, and adjusted those training plans to maximize the development of over 30 Soldiers. Staff Sergeant Paulson's performance is in keeping with the highest traditions of military service and reflects great credit upon himself, the 191 MP Company and the United States Army.
