SFC Kellerton planned and supervised the full installation of FM, TACSAT, and Blue Force Tracker (BFT) communication equipment in 7 MRAP vehicles, in less than 6 hours, to support security preparations for the U.S. President's visit to Bagram with 99% communication effectiveness and reliability.
SFC Kellerton supported FM, TACSAT, HF, VHF, BFT, Tactical Network, computers, and printers for 4 separate JCOP locations resulting in 99% communication connectivity. He personnally stood up the communications for Joint Task Force 1/455 in the Pink Palace by installing power, computers, VOIP phones, and multifunctional printers over three networks, for over 30 Army and Air Force Users.
He supported and supervised the stand up of a TSCIF for the Joint Task Force 1/455's S2 which was completed in half the time it normally takes. SFC Kellerton installed and supervised the installation of Windows 7 on over 300 computers on three networks, a week ahead of the operational suspense, resulting in seamless operations with close to zero user downtime. SFC Kellerton Supported over 2,000 users for their communcation needs over a period of 12 months.
SFC Kellerton supervised and supported the reorganization of communication equipment within the Task Force Headquarters resulting in uninterrupted communications for over 250 users over 13 months. SFC Kellerton conducted cross training of Soldiers from three MOSs to ensure they were competent to conduct any signal mission during combat operations resulting in non-signal support MOSs becoming effective RTOs for the Task Force PSD and JDOC.
Telecommunications Team Lead, WHCA
Meritorious service while serving as Telecommunications Team Lead, White House Communications Agency, from 23 July 2020 to 11 August 2022. During this period, Sergeant Major Anthony Hopkins led daily operations of the Presidential non-secure processing center resulting in the no-fail successful processing of 725 Presidential and Vice-Presidential calls. His efforts supported and facilitated campaign operations, public news relations, and foreign dignitary visits. In addition, he served as the Training NCO and trained and qualified 15 new Shift Supervisors, contributing to the effectiveness and success of the Joint White House Switchboard. Sergeant Major Hopkins' extraordinary efforts and accomplishments during this period reflect great credit upon himself, the White House Communications Agency and the United States Army.
