Meritorious service while serving as Detachment Commander, 362nd Expeditionary Reconnaissance Squadron, 332nd Expeditionary Reconnaissance Wing, Balad Air Base, Iraq from 6 February 2012 to 11 November 2012. During this period, the outstanding professional skill, leadership, and ceaseless efforts of Captain Kelly A. McDonald were evident as he led a team of 35 military and civilian contractors at the Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance Exploitation Cell and three Forward Operating Relay Nodes.
