Sergeant Milton was a driving force in the successful passing of Delta Troops COMET Inspection with getting a 98% in the Commo and Electronics section with 32 pieces of equipment being inspected and 30 of them being Satisfactory. He went out of his way to continue learning about his equipment so he can continue to have equipment meet 10/20 Standard. His ability to create a positive working relationship with the Unit Supply NCO and the Commander enabled him to do his job with no immediate supervision. Sergeant Milton managed 148 pieces of equipment valued at more than one million dollars and took pride in making sure all his work is completed to the highest standard. His dedication to his job by continuing to educate himself and attend other training that is essential to communications and electronics makes him an asset to the Unit and Battalion during large field exercises. Sergeant Milton's knowledge about Commo provided him numerous opportunities to teach several classes to other soldiers to further their knowledge of the equipment he manages. His leadership skills are an asset to Delta Troop because he has created an environment where soldiers trust him and want to continue to learn from him.
