McDonald distinguished himself by professional achievement while serving as Pavements and Construction Equipment Craftsman, 202nd Red Horse Squadron, 125th Fighter Wing, Camp Blanding Joint Training Center, Starke Florida. During this period, Sergeant McDonald's leadership skills were instrumental to the Flordia National Guards' disaster response efforts to Charlotte and Lee counties' Hurricane Ian impact zone. As a team leader, Sergeant McDonald cleared 23 miles of roadway and removed 1,200 cubic yards of debris in both inland and coastal areas heavily affected by the disaster. Furthermore, he overcame a series of obstacles to successfully complete the first ever barge transportation of Red Horse assets and personnel to the isolated Sanibel Island. Finally, as the single engineering asset on the island, his efforts led to the completion of multiple route clearance missions that directly supported USAR, local law enforcement, and Army National Guard personnel. The distinctive accomplishments of Staff Sergeant McDonald reflected credit upon himself, the 202nd Red Horse Squadron and the United States Air Force.

As team lead for a 20-person Point of Distribution (POD) team, he was responsible for coordinating vehicle transportation for the POD location. His dedication to serving the community led to the successful distribution of 3,000 cases of MREs, 2900 cases of water, and 2,000 bags of ice. His team processed 1700 vehicles, which aided 2344 residents of Sarasota, Florida, living under austere conditions. Master Sergeant Camelback's exceptional leadership and commitment to service have made a significant impact on the community during this time of crisis.
Coordinated relief efforts for families affected by Hurricane Helene. Worked directly with the Orangeburg airport to facilitate flights of seven fixed wing and one rotary wing aircraft to deliver food, water, and supplies to thousands of displaced community members that were unable to be reached by road. Coordinated donation efforts between three installations and facilitated drop off locations to ensure supplies reached displaced communities.
Private Ralston was on Fort Campbell Blvd when the Clarksville Tornado hit Evans Road and helped police direct traffic to help people move safely through the wreckage. Immediately following that, she volunteered with the group Aerial Recovery for 40 hours in December 2024. In the time she volunteered, she assembled a group for DCO soldiers to volunteer and transported them in her POV to the sites. She participated in tornado clean up and passed out items to tornado relief victims.
While assigned to Joint Task Force East in support of Western Washington Fires, served as a Traffic Control Point NCOIC, assigned to the Miriam Fire Base Camp, Hwy 12. Under his leadership, 1SG Delcambre lead seven soldiers in the orderly movement of traffic in accordance with traffic control plans, resulting in no unnecessary traffic delays and minimum essential control methods. 1SG Delcambre was instrumental in the everyday operation of the three TCP's located at the Miriam Fire which reduced hazards to firefighters on the ground. 1SG Delcambre kept all personnel informed of deployment updates by attending all leadership meetings. In this way, he was able to keep his soldiers updated on changes to the Incident Action Plan and the operational planning period. This guaranteed his detail was well ahead of schedule for future events. In addition to maintaining daily operations, 1SG Delcambre worked long hours, insuring all TCP logs were completed and turned in along with PERSTAT reports to the LNO and ICP.
Sergeant First Class Klein, Washington State Guard, distinguished himself by exceptionally meritorious service in support of the Washington National Guard's Joint Task Force East during the 2018 Western Washington fires from 13 August 2018 to 28 August 2018. During this period, Sergeant First Class Klein's outstanding professional skill, knowledge, and leadership aided immeasurably in the establishment of three traffic control points. His years of experience enabled him to analyze the local terrain, material requirements, and logistical shortfalls to ensure all logistical requirements were met for the proper operation of traffic control points. His efforts increased not only the efficiency of the Incident Management Team at the Miriam Fire but enhanced the capabilities of the Washington State Guard on additional TCP deployments. The distinctive accomplishments of Sergeant First Class Klein reflect great credit upon himself and the Washington National Guard.
PFC Murray's selfless service and dedication to duty have greatly benefited C co, Kodiak, in multiple missions and forms of support to include the vaccine clinic traffic control, emergency trauma technician training, and the landslide response mission to Kenai. He provided invaluable support to the security platoon mission at the Pacific Spaceport Complex-Alaska. PFC Murray also volunteered countless hours to assist in the most recent SAR case in Kodiak. PFC Murray's motivation, patience, and drive to accomplish the mission have been a great asset to C co and he will continue to provide that same character and drive to his next unit, wherever that may be.
Sergeant Black successfully managed the process, issuance, and storage of over 700 pallets of MRE cases totaling 400,200 MREs for the 647th Riggers humanitarian aid mission between 5 March and 30 June, ensuring that the Humanitarian Aid Missions to Gaza had access to safe MREs to support mission requirements. Sergeant Black increased storage capacity by 60%, expanding the Rations Warehouse's ability to store and manage MREs for military operations. This increase in capacity enabled the warehouse to store and process 300 skids to 500 skids, providing critical support to the 647th Riggers mission.
He lead the conduct of Humanitarian and Disaster Response (HADR) Operation in connection to the devastation brought about by typhoon "NONA" in the province of Northern Samar. His untiring and selfless support to the operations have tremendously contributed to its success.
