Sergeant Sullivan worked long hours researching, planning, and coordinating with the BDSC Air Field Operations Team to develop an effective and bulletproof Distinguished Visitor system that ensured professionalism and consistency by combining guidelines set by the Department of State and the Department of Defense. Sergeant Sullivan managed every situation faced by the BDSC Commandant Cell consistently while showing deference when and where it was needed to help prevent minor DV flight and schedule conflicts from becoming unrecoverable conflicts.
