Accountability: Be where you need to be, when you need to be there. Clinic morning accountability is at 0615 on every working day. PERSTATS are due by COB every working day. You must be present to ensure Clinic operations are not impeded.
In all events, you need to always keep me aware of your whereabouts. You will be in a treatment room or with your assigned medic unless you are handling patient business. You will not leave the clinic unless an NCO or above releases you.
If you are going to be late, you need to contact me so that I can be aware of the situation. If your unit needs to pull you for any reason, it must go through either of the NCOICs in this clinic. While my primary concern is clinic operations, I will be understanding and will help you with any issues you have.
Multiple incidents of tardiness will result in negative counseling or corrective training, then recommendation for removal from the clinic.
o when in a leadership role you need to be pushing out information in a timely manner, so soldiers know where and when they have to be somewhere
o when you are off duty for any reason you need to let direct leadership know for accountability reasons
o you must respond to leadership chats or calls
