On Tuesday, Dec 17, you showed disrespect towards NCOs when you were identified to contribute to change of command (CoC) ceremony preparations.
While you are on profile for your back, it is within the parameters of your profile to stand in formation for a certain amount of time. Therefore, as long as you follow our instructions to follow your profile while in formation (i.e. allowing you to remove yourself and be seated should the formation last longer than 20 min), you would not be breaking your profile.
However, you loudly announced that you would be filing an IG complaint, for which there is no basis. Additionally, your tone and tact in saying so was disrespectful towards your NCOs, and sets a poor example for your peers. You have shown continual apathy and disruption to the discipline of the organization and you will no longer do so without facing repercussions.
