The purpose of this counseling is to notify you that you are being Flagged for Adverse Actions following the conclusion of an investigation against you. Further, a Flag is imposed with an effective date of 27 March 2024 for the following reason: Adverse Actions. You will remain flagged pending Field Grade Article 15 under the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
Your Commander Investigation Flag will be lifted as of 28 March 2024.
You will adhere to administrative orders imposed in connection with this incident such as the order prohibiting the consumption of alcohol and the revocation of pass privileges.
