I expect you to help create a culture that prioritizes safety and accountability of both soldiers and equipments
- Maintain open communication with me about the platoon's needs and any challenges we may face
- Develop the soldiers and their tactical/ technical skills

Goals:

- Prioritize enhancing our readiness for air defense operations
- Set goals for our soldiers' performance and making sure they are proficient and comfortable with the equipment and air defense systems we will be using
- Develop a training plan that includes live-fire exercises and simulations
- Improve team cohesion and work together as a unit

Comments:

I am here to support you and the platoon in making sure we are as prepared and cohesive as possible for our missions. Please come to me with any challenges related to timelines, personnel, or our mission. I would also like to establish regular check-ins in order to review progress and continue to move forward with our training goals. I want you to be comfortable being able to openly discuss any issues you have so that I can also become better in order to best support the team.

Conclusion:

I value your expertise and leadership and I believe together we will continue to improve the platoon to be very capable of responding to any air threats. I look forward to working with you.
