DUTY PERFORMANCE: SPC Cancel, your duty performance for the month of July was to standards. You continue to complete all tasks. You're responsible and work well with no supervision. You have completed all daily 92A tasks as scheduled. Your continuing knowledge with the new GCSS Army System has been outstanding.
APPEARANCE: SPC Cancel, over the past month you met the standards when it comes to your uniform and appearance and you complied with AR 670-1. Continue to maintain a good appearance for yourself and set the example for your peers to follow.
PHYSICAL FITNESS: SPC Cancel, you are currently still on profile from doing PT. Even with you being on profile you should continue to push yourself and participate in PT activities with the platoon when you can. I recommend you continue doing PT during your personal time so that you can be 100% when your profile ends.
ACCOUNTABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY: SPC Cancel, this month I have not had an issue with you reporting to formations and work on time. Continue to do a good job and remember to always be at the right place at the right time in the right uniform. If you are ever running late, please notify your chain of command.
SELF-DEVELOPMENT: SPC Cancel, you need to make progress on increasing your correspondence courses. Remember these are worth promotion points and they need to be completed if you wish to achieve E-5. I also encourage you to look into college and use your Tuition Assistance. Take advantage of the TA. Civilian education is also very important in your Army career to progress. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask me for guidance.
PROMOTION: SPC Cancel, you need to start looking at your next rank. I believe you're ready. If you want to be promoted, you need to start taking initiative and be proactive in any situation that may come your way. In the future, keep in mind that you may want to prepare yourself for Soldier of the Month board. I will help you study and take the next step.
