PLAN OF ACTION
o Start preparing a Family Care Plan ASAP
o Inform supervisor of all changes in profile and comply with profile guidelines
o Check with doctor for any restrictions prescribed medications may have (driving, lifting)
o Participate in the pregnancy Physical Fitness Program
o Not returning home to deliver baby but will keep supervisor updated with changes
o Coordinate with the unit Supply Sergeant for maternity uniforms
o Contact housing to get on the housing list
o Enroll in the next financial budget class offered
o Make an appointment with the WIC office to enroll
LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES
o Schedule appointment with Commander for pregnancy counseling and initial Family Care Plan counseling
o Adjust duty hours/tasks in accordance with changes in profile
o Enroll her in the Pregnancy Physical Fitness Program
o Allow time to visit ACS for financial planning, WIC, housing, and other related issues
o Assist in any other issues that may develop
