Idaho Outstanding Unit Citation: The Idaho Governor's Outstanding Unit Citation is awarded to any unit of the Idaho National Guard which demonstrates exceptionally meritorious service, outstanding achievement, or participates in notable military or combat operations. Multiple awards of the Outstanding Unit Citation are indicated with bronze and silver oak leaf clusters.
Idaho Emergency Service Ribbon: The Idaho Emergency Service Ribbon is awarded to members of the Idaho National Guard who were ordered to active duty for the purpose of aiding in disaster relief efforts, protecting lives and property, and assisting civil authorities. Multiple awards of the Emergency Service Ribbon are denoted by bronze and silver oak leaf clusters.
Idaho State Service Ribbon: The Idaho State Service Ribbon is awarded to members of the Idaho National Guard who have completed four years of honorable service in the Idaho National Guard, during which the service member has demonstrated fidelity to duty, faithful service, and loyalty to the state. Oak Leaf Clusters are authorized to denote successive years of service.
