1. I am writing this letter to wholeheartedly recommend SSG Archer, Timoya for selection for Officer Candidate School in the United States Army Reserve.
2. In my capacity as the G33 Chief of Operations in the 143rd Expeditionary Support Command, I had the opportunity to observe SSG Archer's duty performance, work ethic and professionalism. Her motivation and high degree of professionalism has been nothing but exemplary. Throughout her time as Material Manager and SASMO NCOIC she was able to manage her section and pursue her civilian education, maintaining a 3.7 GPA. She's scheduled to graduate from Columbia Southern University in the winter of 2024.
3. One of SSG Archer's most notable strengths is her unwavering commitment to continuous self-improvement. She proactively sought out additional training opportunities to enhance her technical expertise, which contributed significantly to the overall effectiveness and readiness of the unit.
4. In summary, I have the utmost confidence in SSG Archer's ability to excel in the Officer Candidate School. She possesses the necessary attributes of integrity, professionalism, leadership, and the dedication necessary.
