Geospatial Engineer, MEB HHC
Plans, collects, evaluates, and supervises the production of geospatial products; provides detailed geospatial analysis products for the Maneuver Enhancement Brigade (MEB) and subordinate elements; responsible for the maintenance and accountability of geospatial equipment; facilitates activities pertaining to training on Digital Geographic Information Systems and staff processes with geospatial products; maintains proficiency in DGIS systems and supervises maintenance of required equipment and systems within the section.


Production Squad Leader
Serves as a Squad Leader for the 5th Geospatial Planning Cell; responsible for the training, welfare, morale, professional development, quality of life and combat readiness of Soldiers; plans, collects, evaluates, and supervises the production of geospatial products; provides detailed geospatial analysis products throughout the United States Army Pacific Command Theater of operations in support of the (intelligence preparation of battle field); responsible for the maintenance and accountability of geospatial equipment.


Data Extraction Squad Leader
Serves as a Squad Leader for the 5th Geospatial Planning Cell; responsible for the training, welfare, morale, professional development, quality of life and combat readiness of Soldiers; collects, evaluates, analyzes, and supervises the extraction of geographic data from collateral data sources such as satellite imagery, aerial photography, and digital data throughout the United States Army Pacific Command Theater of operations; responsible for the maintenance and accountability of geospatial equipment.


Squad Leader, Data Generation Squad
Serves as the Squad Leader for the Data Generation Squad, responsible for METL task training, professional development, welfare, morale, quality of life, and discipline of four Soldiers; supervises and manages geospatial information databases that produce tactical decision aids; analyzes the effects of weather on terrain as applied to command, control, communication, computer, and intelligence systems; manages the generation of data for imagery, maps, databases, and collateral source material; responsible for maintenance and accountability of property valued at over $250,000.


Senior Geospatial Engineer
Serves as the Senior Geospatial Engineer for a deployable Stryker Brigade Combat Team (SBCT); responsible for the health, welfare and morale of two Soldiers; oversees and manages topographic analysis support for six separate Battalions and the Brigade Headquarters; coordinates and validates data collection requirements; supervises quality control processes for topographic production; advises command and staff officers on all aspects of topographic operations; coordinates the planning and creation of military geographic information and products; facilitates activities pertaining to the training on Digital Geographic Information Systems to the SBCT.


Geospatial Engineer in a Group Assignment
Serves as the Geospatial Engineer Sergeant for 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne) Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT) Section: responsible for the daily production of terrain and geospatial products supporting Group battalions and Special Operations Task Forces (SOTF) deployed in support of Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF), United States Central Command (CENTCOM) and 3rd SFG Area of Resposibility (AOR); supports Combined Joint Special Operations Task Force-Afghanistan (CJSOTF-A) with GEOINT products and data.
