Plans/Operations NCOIC
Serves as a Plans/Operations NCOIC in a forward deployed Signal Company in an Expeditionary Signal Battalion (ESB) supporting 228th Signal Brigade, International Security Assistance Force, RC North and its subordinate commands; responsible for providing the company command team with reliable network operations, training and automations sections; manages, tracks, and oversees all administrative actions for 130 Soldiers; responsible for the readiness of five vehicles, two trailers, various office and communications equipment in excess value of $8 million; responsible for the morale, health, welfare and professional development of 12 NCOs and 17 Soldiers.




MOS 25Z - Visual Information Operations Chief

Major Duties. Plans, programs, and supervises personnel performing visual information support for Army, Joint, and Coalition operations; manages fixed and deployable documentation/production, multimedia illustration, television production and distribution, and VI equipment repair operations; leads Soldiers in the deployment of various Audio and Visual portable equipment supporting combat documentation, Military Information Support Operations (MISO), military intelligence, public affairs, training, video teleconferencing and special functions; supervises PMCS on assigned vehicles and power generators. Other major duties at the following skill levels are:

MOSC 25Z40. Plans, supervises, and coordinates the operation, maintenance, deployment and management of fixed and deployable VI systems, facilities, and personnel engaged in peace time and combat visual information operations; supervises PMCS on assigned vehicles and power generators.

MOSC 25Z50. Plans, develops, and implements visual information operational training, doctrine, and major command operations; directs visual information operations for larger scale VI operations at Theater and Corps level.

MOSC 25Z60. Perform duties shown in preceding skill level. Mentors command leadership and subordinate visual information personnel on visual information operational training and doctrine. Plans, develops, and implements visual information operational training, doctrine, and major command operations; directs visual information operations for larger scale VI operations at Department of the Army level. Serves on national committees, work groups, and advises international, national, military and civil organizations.
