Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) NCOIC
Serves as the Holistic Health and Fitness (H2F) NCOIC, providing guidance and administrative support to 30 staff members in support of over XXXX Active Duty Service Members assigned to XXXXXX; assists Physical Therapists with daily clinical operations; implements PT treatment prescriptions and serves as liaison regarding patient progress in rehabilitation; conducts sick call procedures; responsible for the training, accountability, morale, physical fitness, combat readiness, and welfare of XXX Soldiers; upholds Army Values and supports readiness mission.




NCOIC, Physical Therapy
Serves as NCOIC of Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Pain Management & Rehabilitation (PM&R) clinics at Brian D. Allgood Army Community Hospital; responsible for the supervision of 11 employees, both GS and KGS, and rating of 4 employees; responsible for tracking and entering training into DTMS for Physical Performance Service Line; responsible for the care and maintenance of medical equipment valued at over $150,000; serves as Physical Therapy NCO, CAF Folder officer for Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and PM&R services; ensured clinics complied with TJC standards; supervises Field Hospital augmentees; provides leadership, mentorship, and training.




Physical Therapy Specialist
Works alongside the physical therapist to improve mobility of Soldiers requiring physical therapy within the BCT; responsible for administering physical therapy independently after direction of the Physical Therapist; assists in carrying out physical therapy treatment plans; trains role 1 medics on proper joint injury assessment, physical therapy exercises, and preventive exercises to maximize combat power within the BCT; additionally assigned as team leader for Treatment Platoon, responsible for the care, welfare, training, and readiness of 3 Soldiers and over $50,000 worth of equipment.




Physical Therapy Specialist
Works with and under the supervision of, a licensed Physical Therapist; supervises or administers physical therapy to decrease physical disabilities and promote physical fitness of patients.
