Combat Lifesaver
Serves as Combat Lifesaver for a Fire Team and provides enhanced first aid for team members; bandages wounds and injuries and controls bleeding; applies first-aid until medics arrive or casualties can be evacuated; maintains situational awareness of available medical assistance and casualty collection points; ensures CLS bags and litters are inventoried, packed, and stored; identifies Class VIII shortages to the platoon medic and obtains necessary supplies; participates in litter carry drills and assists in training.
