MOS 255A
Information Services Technician
MOS 255A is comprised of feeder occupational specialties: All MOSs (Must have 4 years IT experience IAW prerequisites)
o served as the JITC Mobility/Universal Gateway (UG) Test Team Lead; evaluated DoD Mobility, Universal Gateway, and Hypori VMI programs
o coordinated replacement parts and ensured software and firmware vulnerabilities were quickly remediated; guaranteed all 138 sites could complete their mission
o planned, tested, and deployed Windows 10 operating systems to more than 1,000 users with limited personnel and resources; supported every member of Sierra Army Depot in only four months
o performed hundreds of required and complicated STIGs on Enterprise SQL; ensured compliance with standing OIs and preparation for the CCRI
o supported all sites in troubleshooting and maintaining virtualization environments; facilitated productive and reciprocol working relationships and mission success
