Supervisor
Serves as supervisor for two Soldiers in the performance of their duties; ensures subordinates are aware of their duties; provides professional growth and corrective counseling monthly; enforces uniform, fitness, and behavior standards; counsel Soldiers on available benefits and opportunities; aids subordinates in advancement, professional growth, and promotion; documents subordinate performance and make recommendations for promotion; assists Soldiers with training; maintains continuous communication with Soldiers.




First Line Supervisor
Serves as supervisor and supervises one Soldier; evaluates and documents performance and makes recommendations for improvement; serves as the primary point of contact for personnel matters such as leave, pay, sick call, work schedules, training, and deployments; counsels Soldier on a regular basis; enforces performance and appearance standards; ensures subordinate receives necessary training; represents and serves as liaison on Soldier's behalf to the unit.




Supervisor
Supervises six Soldiers and ensures they receive necessary training and support; delegates responsibility as required; mentors and counsels Soldiers on personal and professional topics; grooms subordinates for success; inspects Soldiers and ensures compliance with standards; ensures Soldiers possess and maintain all issued equipment in good condition; responsible for the health, welfare, morale, and training of six Solders and equipment valued at more than $1,000,000.
