Professional achievement while serving as Installation Voting Assistance Officer, 78th Medical Support Squadron, 78th Medical Group, 78th Air Base Wing, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia from 28 February 2021 to 15 September 2024. During this period, Captain Fred S. Flintstone distinguished himself by outstanding service as the Installation Voting Assistance Officer. He revived this mandatory voting program, recruiting and managing one hundred and five unit voting assistance officers who collectively provided critical voting assistance to two thousand five hundred voters during an exciting election year. In addition, in preparation for the upcoming presidential elections, he partnered with the postal department to develop a local voting materials accounting program that ensured over two thousand absentee ballots and voting materials were accurately processed and accounted for with zero discrepancies. Finally, he ensured all voting information was properly reported in the Automated Military Postal System in order to be tracked by the Military Postal Service Agency and the United States Postal Service. The exhaustive efforts of Captain Flinstone reflect great credit upon himself, the 78th Air Base Wing and the United States Air Force.
