Ms. Canaday demonstrated professionalism and leadership while providing expert instruction in the building and maintaining of the Resource Data Management Tool (RDMT). She was instrumental in the building of the FY23 Resource Data Management Tool (RDMT) as she faced many challenges as the system went through many changes when we transitioned from Office 2016 to Office 365. Ms. Canaday worked numerous hours ensuring we got all of our requirements submitted in the RDMT in the short suspense timeline we were given. Ms. Canaday's persistence and computer knowledge allowed her to complete the task and she went on to assist other installations with her knowledge of and experience with the system.
In recognition of Ms. Cynthia B. Charles' distinguished performance as Budget Analyst, Resources Division, Policy and Resources Directorate, Office of Information Dominance and Chief Information Officer, Secretary of the Air Force, Pentagon, Washington, District of Columbia, from 10 July 2014 to 30 August 2016. SENIOR AIRMAN CAROL A. WORCESTER distinguished herself by meritorious service as a Financial Analyst, 22nd Comptroller Squadron, McConnell Air Force Base, Kansas, from XXXXXXXX to XXXXXXXX. During this period, Airman Worcester led Air Mobility Command's number one Government Purchase Card program for the world's largest Air Refueling Wing.
