AS THE BATTERY MASTER DRIVER, STAFF SERGEANT REYNOLDS DISPLAYED TIRELESS DEVOTION TO THE SAFETY AND WELL BEING OF ALL ASSIGNED SOLDIERS. UTILIZING COMPOSITE RISK MANAGEMENT IN ALL ASPECTS OF TRAINING, HE WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR LICENSING 122 OPERATORS IN LESS THAN 18 MONTHS. HIS DILIGENCE RESULTED IN ZERO ACCIDENTS DURING HIS 18 MONTH TENURE AND RECOGNITION BY THE BATTALION COMMANDER FOR THE BEST DRIVERS' TRAINING PROGRAM IN THE BATTALION. IN ADDITION, DUE TO HIS METICULOUS RECORDS, 44 SOLDIERS EARNED THEIR DRIVERS BADGE. THE ACCOMPLISHMENTS OF STAFF SERGEANT REYNOLDS BRING GREAT CREDIT UPON HIMSELF, 1ST BATTALION, 9TH FIELD ARTILLERY AND THE UNITED STATES ARMY.




Meritorious service as Caiman Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected (MRAP) vehicle driver from XXXXXXXX to XXXXXXX. During this period, Specialist Johnson's dedication to the mission and his team facilitated full mission capability at all times due to his mechanical experience and preparation. Specialist Johnson also ensured continuous and reliable team communications by maintaining secure communications equipment in the vehicle. Specialist Johnson's performance as the Caiman MRAP vehicle driver led to over 5,000 accident free miles and, when required, seamlessly served as gunner on the M240B platform. Specialist Johnson's exceptional performance, professionalism and dedication to duty reflect great credit on him, D Company, 3rd Battalion, 116th Infantry Regiment and the United States Army.




SGT XXXX was selected by the Company leadership to serve as the Senior Master Driver. She expertly prepared over 100 driver training packets, instructed Soldiers throughout the Battalion on military vehicle operation procedures, and performed numerous check rides during the day and night. SGT Levaula's commitment to safety and readiness enhanced the overall drivers training program within the Battalion, resulting in more than 200 Soldiers being licensed to operate military vehicles in the Republic of Korea.




Although a junior Soldier, PFC Everett's high level of maturity and dedication to the company mission made him the "go to" driver for some of the largest pieces of equipment in our inventory. While consistently pulling double duty as driver and Truck Commander, PFC Everett logged over 5,000 miles in hot and cold weather conditions delivering Soldiers throughout the battallion to training locations on time, safely and without incident during FY 2014. Working outside his assigned MOS as unit armorer, PFC Everett has demonstrated great flexibility while cross training as a wheeled vehicle mechanic. His tireless work ethic and positive attitude motivates those around him and is directly responsible for the maintenance section completeing 21 non-mission capable repairs at Biak during annual training FY 2014. PFC Everett's exceptional performance and dedication to duty reflect great credit on himself, Company F, 141st Brigade Support Battalion and the United States Army.
