SFC XXXX went above and beyond his job description by field-validating 54 Force Protection Points (FPP) for Base Defense in Tower 22, 200+ at Camp Buehring, 600+ at Erbil AirBase, and 650+ at Al Asad AirBase. His efforts directly supported ARCENT Priority 1: Support Forces in Contact (OIR/OSS) & Task Force Spartan Priority 3: Force Protection, effectively bridging a geospatial gap to accurately analyze and provide relevant terrain analysis, allowing support to over 2,000 warfighters. SFC XXXX' FPP data schema set the standard for ASG-K.

SFC XXXX' rapid development of the Camp Buehring Land Navigation map for Task Force Commando's E2B, attended by 294 participants from 12 units across the CENTCOM Area of Operations, yielded remarkable results. His instrumental work directly contributed to successfully certifying 60 EIB and 23 ESB candidates, reducing 70% of the attrition ratio and increasing mastery. SFC XXXX' attention to detail and subject matter expertise elevated training effectiveness and significantly contributed to individual Soldier proficiency.
FOR MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS LIAISON OFFICER, FOUNDATIONAL MILITARY LEAD ANALYST, AND PROGRAMMABLE KEY INFRASTRUCTURE TRUSTED AGENT FOR NAVY RESERVE NATIONAL GEOSPATIAL INTELLIGENCE AGENCY FROM SEPTEMBER 2018 TO AUGUST 2022. SERGEANT WAITE'S SUPERB LEADERSHIP, EXCEPTIONAL MANAGEMENT AND UNMATCHED ANALYSIS EXPERTISE WERE THE DRIVING FORCE IN THE SUSTAINED SUPERIOR PERFORMANCE AND DAILY OPERATION OF NAVAL RESERVE UNIT NATIONAL GEOSPATIAL AGENCY 0166. HE EXPERTLY EXECUTED 744 DATABASE ENTRIES ACROSS EIGHT TARGETS, YIELDING EIGHT INTELLIGENCE REPORTS FOR THE CENTCOM AOR, INCREASING RESERVE UNIT FINISHED PUBLICATION BY TEN PERCENT. SERGEANT WAITE'S SELFLESS SERVICE, PROFESSIONALISM, AND DEDICATION TO DUTY ARE IN KEEPING WITH THE FINEST TRADITIONS OF MILITARY SERVICE AND REFLECT GREAT CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND THE UNITED STATE ARMY.
During this period, Sergeant Scott A. Derrickson served as the GLOBAL THUNDER Exercise Crisis Action Team manager and targeting lead where he conducted daily intelligence and targeting operations briefings and tracked the delivery of 783 intelligence products, ultimately guaranteeing flawless support for the United States of America's premiere nuclear power assurance and deterrence exercise. Additionally, he developed 347 navigational aid and targeting graphics that were essential to the successful completion of 490 B-52 bomber missions across three areas of responsibility. Furthermore, Sergeant Derrickson led targeting support for the certification of 105 B-52 bomber aircrews achieving one hundred percent compliance with Department of Defense and Air Force Nuclear Surety Inspection requirements. Finally, he excelled as the lead targets training instructor for the 2d and 5th Bomb Wings where he presented 19 training briefings, proctored three National Geospatial Intelligence Agency certification exams, and established standardized targeteer training requirements for two Operations Support Squadrons.
During this period, Sergeant David C. Cox served as Geospatial Engineer for the Joint Forces Air Component Commander at the first-ever battle damage conference where he helped establish the first battle damage reporting procedures approved by the Combatant Command. He trained and qualified twelve soldiers of the 5th Battlefield Coordination Detachment for a geospatial certification which established the first-ever land component targeting capability. Additionally, Sergeant Cox's observations prompted the revision of two Joint Chiefs Instructions, providing input that was adopted and implemented across the Department of Defense. Further, his leadership was indispensable to the Target Branch meeting surge requirements and ensured 678 tactical tasks were accomplished in only two months, resulting in the development of INDOPACOM's highest priority targets at a rate twice as fast as usual. The distinctive accomplishments of Sergeant Cox reflect great credit upon himself and the United States Air Force.
MERITORIOUS SERVICE WHILE SERVING AS COURSE CHIEF FOR MARINE CORPS FIRE SUPPORT CHIEF'S COURSE, MARINE ARTILLERY DETACHMENT, FORT SILL, OKLAHOMA FROM MARCH 2019 TO APRIL 2022. GUNNERY SERGEANT ROGER KELSO CONSISTENTLY PERFORMED HIS DEMANDING DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND HIGHLY PROFFESSIONAL MANNER. HIS UNWAVERING DEDICATION AND PROACTIVE LEADERSHIP DIRECTLY CONTRIBUTED TO THE SUCCESSFUL PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF OVER 600 ARTILLERYMEN, CAPABLE OF LOCATING AND CALLING FOR ARTILLERY FIRES ON ENEMY TARGETS. HE WAS CRITICAL TO MAKING THE MARINE DETACHMENT ONE OF TWO LOCATIONS IN THE MARINE CORPS THAT CERTIFY TMO INSTRUCTORS BY ENSURING THE NATIONAL GEOSPATIAL-INTELLIGENCE AGENCY CERTIFIED THE TMO-I PROGRAM. IN ADDITION, GYSGT KELSO WAS CRITICAL TO THE DEVELOPMENT OF NEW COURSE CURRICLA AND PROVIDED EXPERTISE TO UPDATING AND MODERNIZING THE MARINE ARTILLERY TRAINING AND READINESS MANUAL. GUNNERY SERGEANT KELSO'S INITIATIVE, PERSERVERANCE, AND TOTAL DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED GREAT CREDIT UPON HIMSELF AND WERE IN KEEPING WITH THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE MARINE CORPS AND THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
