For meritorious service while assigned as a Patriot System Repairer Minimum Deployment Package Headquarters, 1st Battalion 188th Air Defense Artillery during the period of 15 January 2021 to 15 January 2022. Specialist Franklin displayed fortitude, dedication, and skill in support of Operation Noble Eagle. Specialist Franklin immediately identified training and operational requirements and ensured his team and other soldiers met or exceeded them. In addition to his regular duties, Specialist Franklin aided the maintenance section in day-to-day motor pool operations. His actions streamlined operations for the Minimum Deployment Package resulting in no equipment failures and mission success. The accomplishments of Specialist Franklin bring great credit upon himself, the Headquarters 1-188th ADA and the United States Army.
