Over the past year, SGT XXX served as the Training Room NCOIC. She demonstrated the competency and professionalism to effectively communicate across echelons to process a variety of administrative documents. Additionally, SGT XXX spearheaded five Soldier Readiness Program (SRP) level I & II events in order to deploy over 100 Soldiers in the Battery. Due to her candor, SGT Long was hand selected to serve on the BN Command Climate Panel and the Brigade Red Tiger Team.
From January 2020-September 2021, SGT XX served as a HIMARS Driver and Gunner. As a launcher gunner, SGT XXX certified during three Artillery Table VI certifications and exceeded all expectations. Her performance directly contributed to the successful live firing of 18 Reduced Range Practice Rockets, spanning the Yakima Training Center (YTC) and OPERATION ORIENT SHIELD 2021.
SGT XXX was an integral part of the Battery's daily operations. She continuously demonstrated excellence and was regularly entrusted with duties requiring a high degree of integrity and attention to detail. SGT XXX dedication to duty, unwavering attention to detail, and her unique ability to balance numerous additional duties has left an indelible mark in Alpha Battery and the 1st Battalion, 94th Field Artillery Regiment.
For superior and undaunting service to the 25th Transportation Company from 15 April 12 to 10 April 2015. SGT Gilbert's dedication and commitment to success make him an outstanding leader. SGT Gilbert, through his actions, has gained the respect of Soldiers and leaders at all levels. His determination toward self-development and the improvement of the organization sets the example for all enlisted Soldiers and non-commissioned and commissioned officers. SGT Gilbert's actions bring great credit upon himself, the 25th Transportation Company and the United States Army.
