SUBJECT: Request to Work While on Terminal Leave
Purpose: This memorandum serves as a formal request to work in a civilian capacity while on terminal leave.
Background: I, SPC Haas, Colton, will began terminal leave on 16 August 2025 and will be officially separated from the military on 27 September 2025.
Request: I request permission to commence employment with Air Education and Training Command as a Maintenace Mechanic Supervisor starting as soon as this memo is approved. This employment will not interfere with my remaining military duties or obligations.
