DURING THIS PERIOD, CHIEF WRIGHT PERFORMED HIS DUTIES IN AN EXEMPLARY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER AND DISTINGUISHED HIMSELF WITH OUTSTANDING EXPERTISE AND EXCEPTIONAL PERFORMANCE OF DUTY. HE MANAGED FOURTEEN ECHELON IV COMMANDS, ALONG WITH OVER 300 SUBORDINATE COMMANDS, AND WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COMPLETION OF COMMAND CLIMATE ASSESSMENTS FOR A FORCE OF OVER 30,000 PERSONNEL. AS THE SUBJECT MATTER EXPERT FOR NECC FORCES, HE TRACKED AND REVIEWED OVER 50 FORMAL EQUAL OPPORTUNITY COMPLAINTS TO ENSURE ALL NAVY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES WERE ADHERED TO. THROUGH HIS LEADERSHIP AND SOUND KNOWLEDGE IN PROVIDING GUIDANCE AND TRAINING TO SUBORDINATES, PEERS, AND SENIORS, HE WAS ABLE TO BRING EQUAL OPPORTUNITY AND DIVERSITY BACK TO THE FOREFRONT OF OUR PRIORITIES. AS THE CORNERSTONE FOR ALL DIVERSITY EVENTS AT NIOC MARYLAND AND TWO EVENTS FOR U.S. FLEET CYBERCOMMAND, CHIEF PETTY OFFICER LEFTOVICH DEMONSTRATED EXCEPTIONAL LEADERSHIP AND MANAGEMENT ABILITY BY LEADING A TEAM OF 15 SAILORS AND ONE DOD CIVILIAN TO FURTHER THE NAVY'S DIVERSITY GOALS. HER TIRELESS EFFORTS LED TO THE HIGH PROFILE SUCCESS OF THE 2015 FORT MEADE GARRISON AFRICAN AMERICAN HISTORY OBSERVANCE WHERE SHE PLANNED AND COORDINATED THE GUEST SPEAKER, DEPUTY JUDGE ADVOCATE GENERAL OF THE NAVY, AND OVERSAW THE LOGISTICS FOR 300 JOINT SERVICE PERSONNEL AND CIVILIANS IN ATTENDANCE. ADDITIONALLY, SHE WAS A KEY FACTOR IN THE SUCCESS OF THE 2015 HISPANIC HERITAGE MONTH OBSERVANCE WHERE SHE PLANNED AND COORDINATED THE ARRIVAL OF GUEST SPEAKERS, MASTER CHIEF PETTY OFFICER OF THE NAVY, AND COMMANDER U.S FLEET CYBERCOMMAND, AND OVERSAW THE LOGISTICS FOR OVER 100 SAILORS IN ATTENDANCE. CHIEF PETTY OFFICER LEFTOVICH'S EXCEPTIONAL PROFESSIONALISM AND SELFLESS DEVOTION TO DUTY REFLECTED CREDIT UPON HERSELF AND UPHELD THE HIGHEST TRADITIONS OF THE UNITED STATES NAVAL SERVICE.
